The 20 golden rules of Crowdfunding have been referenced more than once in this blog. The rules were created by my partner in Crowdeasy, Valentí Acconcia, who published an ebook with the rules and examples in Spanish.
Due to popular demand, in the next few weeks, I will be translating the rules to English. If there is demand, we’ll proceed to edit them in PDF.
20 golden rules of crowdfunding… based on experience!
These rules are much more than just a theoretical study. Valentí has distilled these rules after helping more than 300 campaigns raise more than 5m€ and analysing thousands more in his podcast Mecenas.fm and his daily vlog and YouTube channel (both in Spanish).
When I came to the crowdfunding world about 3 years ago, it was clear that I didn’t need to re-invent the wheel – these rules have informed my crowdfunding consultancy and have predicted the success of my clients’ campaigns in every single occasion.
I really hope you find this content useful and helps you reach your campaign goals. Without further ado, here are the 20 golden rules of crowdfunding.
